What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime from your account, no fee, no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — if a Kit for that cycle has already been made or shipped, it will still be delivered.

Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and order weight. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Kits ship within 3–5 business days of billing. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
Returns
Unopened Kits: 14-day return window. If your skin has a problem with your Kit, you get one free reformulation within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost, and we cover that return shipping. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account — no fee, no minimum commitment. Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; a Kit already in production for that cycle still ships. You can also skip a shipment or pause for up to 3 months, at least 7 days before your billing date.
