Our commitment

Mirom, Inc. wants everyone to be able to use the BASUP website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, screen magnification, or other assistive technology. Our goal is for every page and flow to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the current W3C standard.

Where we are today

We built the site with accessibility in mind and keep testing it, but we have not yet completed an independent third-party accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. We will update this page when an audit is completed and when we make significant fixes. Measures already in place include:

• A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.

• Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form controls, and keyboard operation of menus, accordions, and forms.

• Text alternatives for informative images, and labels attached to form fields.

• A responsive layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and larger text sizes.

• Animations (such as the celebration effect after the skin assessment) are turned off if your device is set to reduce motion.

• Color contrast checked against WCAG 2.2 AA (at least 4.5:1 for regular text, 3:1 for large text and form-field borders) on October 10, 2026, with text that fell short corrected.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following and are working to address them:

• Skin Scan. Capturing the six skin images requires a camera or microscope device and visually framing three areas of your face. If you cannot complete a scan on your own, contact us and we will help you find another way to take part.

• Color contrast. Our October 2026 check covered text and form fields across the site, including text over photos. We re-check contrast whenever we change colors or add new pages, so a new page could briefly fall short before we catch it.

• Third-party services. The AI Skin Concierge (basupskin.com) is operated as a separate site and may not yet match the accessibility of the main site. Checkout, payment, and parts of subscription management are provided by third-party services whose accessibility we do not fully control, though we choose and configure them with accessibility in mind.

If something on this site is hard or impossible to use, please let us know. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use if you can. We aim to reply as soon as possible and will work with you on an accessible alternative while we fix the problem. You can also ask for information in another format.

Technical information

The BASUP website is built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, and with assistive technologies that follow web standards. We review this statement whenever we make significant changes to the site, and at least once a year.
