How scanning works
Each 28-day cycle you scan three zones of your face: your forehead, left cheek, and right cheek. Those images are analyzed across five axes (moisture retention, oil retention, wrinkles, pigmentation, and sensitivity) to place you in 1 of 288 skin types.
Which devices does it work with?
Connects by USB to a Mac or Windows computer, an iPad or other tablet, or an Android phone. Not compatible with iPhone. A stand and a USB cable come with it.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the weight of your order. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost, and we cover that return shipping.
