How your Kit is made
- Sign up and answer a short skin questionnaire.
- Get the BASUP Skin Scanner ($10, and we take $10 off your first Kit), then scan your forehead and both cheeks.
- The BASUP 288 algorithm, plus expert review, looks at five axes (moisture retention, oil retention, wrinkles, pigmentation, and sensitivity) and places you in 1 of 288 skin types.
- Your essence, serum, and ampoule are formulated for that skin type and shipped.
- Every 28 days you re-scan, and the formula is re-derived from fresh data.
How to use it
Essence: apply twice daily, morning and evening, as the first step of your routine.
Night Serum: apply in the evening only, after your essence.
Ampoule Booster: apply in the evening, twice a week, layered on top of your routine.
Billing, pausing and cancelling
The Kit is $65 per month. Cancel anytime from your account, with no fee and no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and a Kit already in production for that cycle still ships.
You can skip a shipment (one cycle at a time) or pause for up to 3 months, as long as you make the change, including changing the items in your upcoming shipment, at least 7 days before your billing date.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the weight of your order, and charged with each monthly shipment. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Kits ship within 3–5 business days of billing, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
Unopened Kits can be returned within 14 days. Because every Kit is made for you, opened Kits can't be refunded for a change of mind, but if your skin has a problem you get one free reformulation within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost.
Is this a medical service?
No. BASUP is a cosmetics-based skin analysis and personalization service, not a medical diagnosis or treatment. Your formula uses cosmetic-grade ingredients.
